About Gladstone Aerospace Consulting

Gladstone Aerospace Consulting (GAC) was established by Keith Gladstone in 2005 to address a need that he could see for quality and comprehensive consulting services that addressed the specific needs of the aerospace industry in Canada.  As a consultant Keith knew that he could leverage his qualifications and extensive experience as a test pilot, his background as an officer and pilot in the Canadian Forces and his success in leading many aircraft, aircraft systems and simulator programs to the benefit of companies in need of quality services.

Keith started out focusing on the business development needs of his clients but quickly determined they needed assistance in a broader spectrum that included product development, program integration and modelling and simulation.  In response, GAC has grown to include complementary areas of expertise in human factors, applied research and development, industrial design and integrated training.  With this unique combination of capabilities in a consulting firm, GAC’s core competency is that it can assist clients from the birth of an idea to its development to its delivery.
