Responding to requests for proposals (RFP) is an art form that GAC has mastered whether it is in pursuing business-to-business, government-to-business, Research and Development programs or any combination of these categories. GAC can provide a range of proposal or bid response support ↓
Gather market intelligence throughout the bid development cycle to identify who else may be bidding on the proposal and their respective capabilities and strategies
Identify potential partners and collaborators for a bid
Conduct a strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT) analysis for the proposal
Identify proposal risks and suggested mitigation actions
If the client is participating in a bid as part of a team, GAC will help the client identify the level of participation and deliverables necessary to facilitate a successful proposal
Act as the direct liaison with the contracting authority to clarify proposal technical and financial criteria
Structure, review, support the writing of and deliver the entire bid response
Monitor proposal reviews and answer questions during review processes
Assist the client in any post-award negotiation of the contract
